Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling to Australian addresses is FREE.

International Shipping & Handling (S&H) rates in AUD are as follows:
New Zealand - $15
Rest of the World - $30

Delivery Times

We use Australia Post Parcel Post to ship orders.
Australian orders - please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and 2-7 days for delivery.
If you aren’t usually home during the day, please consider a Post Office Box or work delivery address. If you are not home, your package will be redirected your closest Post Office.

International orders – please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and, depending on the final destination, 7-20 business days for delivery.
Please note: If no one is home to receive the parcel, local postal guidelines apply.

International Orders

All orders are shipped from Australia. Overseas orders DO NOT attract the Australian GST (10% goods & services tax) and this will be reflected on your order confirmation.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and charged to your credit card in AUD at your financial institution’s current daily exchange rate. Please note that local taxes, duties and other Customs charges that may apply depending on final destination and local dollar value of your order. These charges are NOT included in your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Credit Card payments are processed by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) which has been providing online card processing since 2000. As a certified Payment Service Provider (PSP), all transactions processed are done so in a PCI DSS compliant fashion. For more information on DPS, visit www.paymentexpress.com.au

At the time you place your order your credit card is verified and a hold placed for the amount of your order. Actual payment is processed and charged to your credit card through a secure process at the time your order is shipped. Due to availability of stock your order may be split and therefore may result in split charges on your credit card.

Returns & Exchanges

At virtu we stand behind our products. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We will gladly exchange or refund any part of your order should it not meet your needs provided the following guidelines are complied with:

• The items/s are unworn, unwashed and have all labels and swing tags still attached
• The items are returned within 30 days of receipt

To return and/or exchange:

• Complete the Exchange/Return form enclosed with your order, detailing the item(s) you are returning and/or exchanging and your contact information
• To avoid disappointment and missing out; if you are wishing to Exchange an item we recommend calling or shopping online and reordering the size or colour you would prefer. Then return your incorrect size/colour for a refund.
• Affix appropriate postage to the order, as COD returns will not be processed

  Please ensure you register your parcel as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcel(s).

All returns are credited using the original method of payment, excluding postage charges (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). All returns will be processed in Australian Dollars. For International Orders this is done at the current exchange rate, please refer to your credit card provider/ financial institution for daily exchange rates. When your refund is processed, it may take up to 3 days for your credit card provider to register the credit.
