Our Website has changed!

We have introduced a new state of the art website to improve your online shopping experience.

You’ll notice some changes to the site with greater product detail, account information, order history and user-friendly navigation.

My Account

For existing virtu online shoppers, the email address and password you used on the previous website to Sign in remains the same.

For new virtu online shoppers, you will need to create an online shopping account.

History

When signed in to your account, by clicking on the History link you can now view your order history and track the status of your package. That way you’ll always know when your virtu order is due to arrive.

Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can have it sent to you. Visit the Sign In page, enter your user name/email address and click the ‘Forgot your Password’ link.

Shopping Bag

To place an order, browse through the various categories within the shop.
Once you find an item (or many) that you want to purchase, select the colour you want and choose the size from the drop down menu.
Then click the ‘Buy Now’ button and the item will be added to your Shopping Bag.

Currency Converter

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). You can use Currency Converter at the top of the page to list an approximate price of each style in your selected currency.
The Currency Converter is available for US Dollar, Euro, Pounds Sterling, Swiss Franc, Yen, Canadian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Rand and Singapore Dollar.

All orders will be charged in Australian Dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you.

Security

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Credit Card payments are processed by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) which has been providing online card processing since 2000. As a certified Payment Service Provider (PSP), all transactions processed are done so in a PCI DSS compliant fashion. For more information on DPS, visit www.paymentexpress.com.au

At the time you place your order your credit card is verified and a hold placed for the amount of your order. Actual payment is processed and charged to your credit card through a secure process at the time your order is shipped. Due to availability of stock your order may be split and therefore may result in split charges on your credit card.
