Easy Returns

We want you to look and feel fabulous in your new Virtu styles. We are happy to exchange or refund any part of your online order that you are not satisfied with.

Our Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must return your order within 30 days of the dispatch date.
  • The item/s must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All labels, swing tags and hygiene strips must still be attached.

Making a Return

To return merchandise to our online store simply complete the Exchange/Returns Form that is enclosed with your order, securely pack the items and post back to:

Please ensure adequate postage is affixed, as Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted. We also recommend you send your return back via a trackable method of postage, as Virtu will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Return Credits

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage charges (NZ & International deliveries only). The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. In-store purchases Items purchased from a Virtu Boutique may be returned at any Virtu Boutique for a credit note, based on the terms of sale listed on your receipt. Unfortunately, in-store purchases cannot be returned to the online store, however the Virtu Customer Support Team will be happy to assist you with your purchase where possible.

In-store purchases

Items purchased from a Virtu/TS14+ Co-branded Boutique may be returned at any Virtu/TS14+ Co-branded Boutique Boutique for a credit note or exchange, based on the terms of sale listed on your receipt. Unfortunately, in-store purchases cannot be returned to the online store, however the Virtu Customer Support Team will be happy to assist you with your purchase where possible.

Faulty Items

Virtu does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality garments. However, in the situation where you believe that a garment is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact Virtu Customer Support Centre, and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
